In four short years, I’ve learned one thing that I was told over and over as a young child. “Blink and your life flashes before your eyes.” Boy how that’s been true!

Raising this little boy has taught many lessons…

  1. Soak in the sweet little moments because it won’t be long before they are independent and don’t need your help every second.

  2. Give extra hugs and kisses. They can never have enough.

  3. Take as many pictures as possible because it makes time stand still.

  4. Pray over your littles that they’ll be filled with joy, light and keep the tender heart they were born with.

  5. Never take anything for granted because you’re not guaranteed tomorrow.
