Hot Springs, AR | Jaynie + Matt | Family Portraits
For years, the annual family photo shoot with Matt and Jaynie and their three wonderful children has been a cherished tradition. Nestled on their picturesque mini farm right outside of Hot Springs, Arkansas, I've captured their family grow and thrive amidst the stunning backdrop of the countryside.
However, this year brought a delightful change – we decided to embrace the beauty of spring for our annual session, departing from the familiar autumn or winter setting.
The results were as heartwarming and captivating as ever.
Hot Springs, AR | Jaynie + Matt | Family Portraits
Traditionally, our photoshoots had taken place on the crisp and chilly days of fall or winter, but this year, Matt and Jaynie decided to switch things up. They welcomed the warmth of spring and all the vibrant colors it brings to their mini farm. As we gathered amidst budding trees, blooming flowers, and the soft caress of the spring breeze, it was evident that this change in the season had breathed new life into our photography session.
Spring had painted the farm with a fresh, vibrant palette. This shift in season allowed us to capture the family against a backdrop of nature in full bloom, offering a different, but equally enchanting, perspective of their farm.
One noticeable difference in this springtime session was the exuberance of the animals.
The family's horse pranced more energetically, the kitten chased butterflies, and the loyal dog seemed even more enthusiastic. It was as if the change in season had invigorated not only the surroundings but also the farm's delightful inhabitants.
You could hear the children's joy as they explored the farm's beauty. They laughed, they danced, and they fed carrots to the horses, creating heartwarming moments that I was privileged to capture. The shift to a warmer season allowed us to showcase the family's infectious happiness in a different light.
As I photographed Matt and Jaynie's family in this spring setting, it was clear that this change in season had strengthened their connection to the farm. Spring symbolized renewal and growth, mirroring the evolving nature of their family. It was a reminder that, like the farm, families too experience seasons of change and growth, each one bringing its unique beauty.
As we continue to document their story, I look forward to future photoshoots that will capture the ever-evolving beauty of their mini farm and the love that thrives within it.
Matt and Jaynie,
Thank you for once again allowing me to capture these sweet moments between you and your loved ones. I always have the best time with you all! This one was just a little sweeter with all the farm animals and I couldn't have loved it any more! Enjoy your images, forever and always.
Hugs, Hannah
