Importance Of A Morning Routine
Ok, ok, I know you may or may not be implementing this, but let me share all the importance behind why it’s a game-changer!
Our bodies crave consistency
We become more productive
Getting up early can improve mental health
We can create a bigger impact because we’re taking control of our life instead of reacting to it
Studies show that highly successful people are all early rises and have implemented a morning routine. Everyone’s morning routine can a little different based on your needs.
Here’s a little glimpse into mine.
Wake up + get “dressed” (which really means put on leggings again!)
Work out with my husband + Plexus
Shower + Get ready for the day
Breakfast + Coffee
Bible reading + Start today journal
Then it’s... let’s start my workday!
