Do you have a

morning routine?

Ok, ok, I know you may or may not be implementing this, but let me share all the importance behind why it’s a game-changer!

  1.  Our bodies crave consistency

  2.  We become more productive

  3.  Getting up early can improve mental health

  4.  We can create a bigger impact because we’re taking control of our life instead of reacting to it

Studies show that highly successful people are all early rises and have implemented a morning routine. Everyone’s morning routine can a little different based on your needs.

Here’s a little glimpse into mine.

  1.  Wake up + get “dressed” (which really means put on leggings again!)

  2.  Work out with my husband + Plexus

  3.  Shower + Get ready for the day

  4.  Breakfast + Coffee

  5.  Bible reading + Start today journal

Then it’s... let’s start my workday!
