Congratulations to the happy couple!
I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful country wedding in Louisiana. I feel like Alyssa, Jed, and I go way back! I was able to photograph their sweet, intimate elopement a year ago when they went to the courthouse in Hot Springs, AR. This first ceremony was so intimate and beautiful. Alyssa and Jed proclaimed their love to one another in front of the officiant and me. I just fell in love with this couple as soon as I met them! They exude love and joy.

A few months after the elopement they called and asked if I would photograph their ceremony with family and friends present. I gladly said YES! I was so excited to be around this happy couple again! I drove to a beautiful countryside meadow in Louisiana. They had their wedding inside a beautiful barn with a rolling barn door that was left open to bring in natural light for the ceremony. We utilized the beautiful outdoor countryside to take pictures of the first look, bridal party, groomsmen, and family.
We could not have asked for a better day. We were all so thankful that the rain held off and the sun shone brightly which made for perfect pictures!
It was great to be at both ceremonies watching them profess their love to one another in an intimate ceremony of just the four of us but also to watch them again in front of their friends and family members.
From the charm of the venue to the warm southern hospitality of the guests, it was truly a joy to capture this special day for the lovely couple.
