Boost Your Efficiency: Must-Have Productivity Tools and Apps for Momprenuers

As a busy mama who owns a business I wear a lot of hats. I’m guessing if you’re reading this, you do as well. Today I want to chat about a few tools/apps that have allowed me to be more productive both in my everyday life and within my business while creating a greater impact, which we all want. Right??

Apple Music

This is something that I have going 100% of the time. It helps me focus and gets my body motivated.

Pro Tip - Create different playlists for different moods then turn off your iPhone notifications to time block on whatever task you’re wanting to get done.

Example: focus, upbeat, relaxing, work out, motivation, headed to work, ect.

Tailwind

Tailwind is a Pinterest and Instagram scheduling app. I won’t go into a super deep dive in what all it does that’ll be another blog. But I will say it has helped me save time and be more thought out in the impact I want to create.

Being able to schedule out my Instagram posts, I can take a step back and think about what I truly want to relay to my people instead of just rushing to post something.

With Pinterest, there’s no way I could post 10+ times a day without being glued to my computer and who has time for that?!

Want to try it out? Here’s $15 off, you can thank me later. You won’t regret it, I promise!

Notes App

I live in my Notes app. Everything in different folders based on category, let’s say it’s basically how I organize my brain.
Example Categories: ideal client, HCP Insider, clients, God-size vision, each of my kids, course notes, grocery shopping, big ideas, ect.

Google Docs

A lot like my Notes App, I use Google Docs to organize my long form content. This makes it helpful if I need to share with my interns or anyone else.

Example Folders: blog, instagram captions, HCP insider content, mastermind, email list, client notes, etc.
