Have you struggle with trying to get all the things done and not quite sure how to do them all?? Yup. I’ve been there. I get it. I promise!!

Following these four quick tips below has helped streamline my business and made workflow a whole lot smoother.

Step 1: Write Out All Your To-Do’s

Physically writing out your to-do list or if you’re like me, typing it in a google doc allows you see everything that is asked of you to run your business successfully.

Step 2: Group Alike Tasks Together

Taking all those “to-do’s” and grouping them together in alike categories or topics helps you see the bigger picture.

Example: administrative, creating content, meetings, scheduling posts, etc.

Step 3: Designate each task/topic to a specific day

Assigning each of those categories/topics to a specific day allows you to have some relief knowing that you don’t have to accomplish everything on one day. This gives your brain permission to focus on that one task in front of you allowing you to give it your all which in returns will turn out 100%.

Step 4: Be Intentional

Intentionality is the key. Without being intentional everything will get crazy, ultimately leading to frustration. When we’re intentional with our time, we can schedule, focus, and be present. Allowing no other distractions or influences to creep in.

I’d love to hear from you to see what best tips you have and how these help organize your work week.
